specification and Drawing with close tolerances
manufactured from Viton [HK], Nitrile [BG],
Polyurethane, Epichlorohydrin [CH] with duly
treated reinforced Nylon, Rayon, Polyester, Cotton
Fabrics, and bonded with metal washer, for the
chemical Industry and special purpose corrosive
applications.
GAS LIFT VALVE SEALS with PTFE / MGFT and Ryton
Seals manufactured as per customers specification
from Fabric / KEVLAR reinforced with synthetic Rubber, AFLAS or Viton for high temperature, pressure
resistance and corrosive conditions.
CEMENTING PLUGS for the Oil & Gas Industry
manufactured as per conventional design and Non
Rotational Type with Nylon Inserts. These are PDC
Types.
Sizes available are 5" - 5 1/2"

SEALS OR ROTARTY SHAFT SEALS are manufactured in
Inch and Metric range from NBR, CPR, FKM and any
other polymer desired by the customer. The types
available are MI, MIDL, MO, MODL, MOCDL or any
other profile and design required by the customer.
PACKING ELEMENTS for the Oil & Gas Industry for
Hydraulic Packers manufactured as per customer
design and requirements from NBR, HNBR, VITON [FKM]
and AFLAS Elastomer in the Hardness of 65 - 75
shore A, 85 - 95 shore A as per ASTM
specification.
Special Purpose Moulding ensuring high knit and
Tear Resistance besides pressure and the Media in
which it is operating.
Packing with special treated coatings for rough
areas are also in our range of manufacture.
FABRIC COVERED OIL SEALS with Teflon Dust Lip (SPLIT TYPE)
manufactured only as per customers' requirements
and specifications.
The Teflon Dust Lip acts as a back up and also
seals entry of dust particles into the system.
Manufactured from cotton duck fabric layer with
sealing lip of NBR, XNBR, PU, CPR and Viton
Elastomers moulded to close tolerances.
'O'
RINGS the simplest and easiest universal sealing
element manufactured in metric sizes covers BS,
IS, AS568, French, Swedish, DIN Sizes as per
customers requirements and specifications.
Explosive decompression and extrusion resistant
applications 'O' Ring are also manufactured as per
requirements with standard tolerances.
These 'O' Rings are manufactured from Neoprene,
Nitrile, Viton, Polyurethane, HNBR, NBR, AFLAS
elastomer with in the range of 60 - 85 - 95 shore
A hardness as per ASTM Specifications.
SWAB
CUPS for the Oil & Gas Industry manufactured as
per customers drawings and specification
reinforced with spring steel wire Insert and Metal
Back Up.
The Polymers used in manufacturing this product
are Neoprene [BC/BE] Nitrile [BG] or TEFLON OUTER CASING for corrosive & high temperature applications for your
requirements a sample or a drawing is required
for development purpose.
Manufactured from NBR, HNBR,
ECO, VITON, AFLAS bonded with SS316, 304, 4140,
410 Metal plates for High Pressure (5---15K psi)
TEMPERATURE and Aggressive working Conditions
supplied as per customer design and specifications
only.
Manufactured from TREATED HEAVY DUTY COTTON DUCK,
NYLON, RAYON, KEVLAR FABRIC and reinforced with
BUNA N, NEOPRENE, HNBR, VITON POLYMERS for
demanding reciprocating & High Pressure
Temperature Applications especially for Expansion
Joints.
Supporting Spacer Seals are also supplied from
RYTON, TEFLON, NYLON as per customer requirements.
